Before you reserve, we would like you to consider a few things:
We are a very small restaurant, we have no terrace, and we limit our seating to 16 guests per night.
Our food is also prepared fresh daily, based on the number of guests who have reserved.
With that in mind, if you can't make your reservation please try to let us know by canceling at least 24 hours in advance so we can free up the slot for someone else and/or modify the amount of food we are preparing for that day.
Also, it's good to be aware that a meal with us typically takes a few hours, so please, plan your time accordingly.
I don't want to taste the ten thousand dishes you've made one time, I want to taste the one dish you've made ten thousand times.
